The moral of this year’s VMAs: Start exercising, bruh. Hot on the heels of Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj’s SoulCycle–themed performance, Kanye revealed his new video for “Fade,” starring protégé Teyana Taylor. In the sultry video, we see the insanely fit Taylor — who had a baby a mere eight months ago — perform her take on Flashdance in a minimalist weight room. Like any good exercise class, it ended with Taylor getting naked, having some steamy shower sex with fiancé Iman Shumpert, and then turning into a cat-person while surrounded by a flock of sheep (the baby also made a cameo). All thanks to Kanye’s workout plan!
